DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

We understand the importance of receiving your orders in a timely manner. That’s why we strive

to deliver your packages within 5-8 business days from time of purchase. However, during

promotional periods or sales events, there may be delays in the delivery of your orders beyond

the specified timeframe.

DELIVERY HOURS

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we operate within specific hours. Our dedicated team of

delivery professionals will make every effort to deliver your package between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

during business days. Please make sure someone is available at the specified address to receive

the delivery within this timeframe.

ORDER TRACKING

All information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via email. As a result, it is

particularly important for you to ensure that you enter a current email address when you place

your order and that you check your emails regularly.

If you have not received an order confirmation by email after completing your order, check your

spam filter before you do anything else. If the spam filter does not contain an email from Nifyn,

contact our customer support team.

When your package is passed to the dispatch partner, you will receive confirmation of dispatch

by email. This confirmation of dispatch will contain a tracking number along with a link that can

be used to track the status of your package online.

ADDRESS CHANGING POLICY

It is important to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up

to date. If you realize that there is an error in the shipping address or if you need to change it for

any reason, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. This

24-hour window allows us to process your request in a timely manner and make the necessary

adjustments before your order is shipped out.

CLICK & COLLECT through PostNet
At Nifyn, we are pleased to offer our customers the convenience of click and collect services
through PostNet. This service allows you to shop online and pick up your order at a PostNet
location of your choice. 

How click & collect works:

1. Browse our online store and select the items you wish to purchase.
2. During checkout, choose the “PostNet Pickup” option.
3. Our system will automatically determine which Postnet location is closest to you for collection after you have placed your order. This ensures that you can pick up your order at a location that is most convenient for you.
4. Once your order is confirmed, an email will be sent to you detailing the specific Postnet location where your order will be available for collection. This email will include all necessary information regarding your pickup.
5. Visit your chosen PostNet location with your pickup confirmation message and ID to
collect your items.

Additional Information:

• Orders typically take 4-7 business days to process before they are ready for collection.
• You will receive an SMS notification from PostNet once your order is ready for pickup.
• Please bring a valid form of ID and your pickup confirmation message when collecting your
items.
