Europe: We will be extending our shipping services to various countries in Europe,

Netherlands. Customers in these regions can look forward to receiving our products

Africa: Our expansion plans also include shipping to select countries in Africa. Some of
the countries we aim to serve include Nigeria, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Botswana,
Egypt, and Morocco. We are committed to reaching out to customers across the African
continent.
Asia: Customers in Asia can anticipate receiving our products as well. Countries such as
Japan, China, South Korea, India, and Singapore are among those where we plan to offer
shipping services. We are eager to connect with customers in Asia and provide them with
our quality products.

YES, we are excited to announce that we have partnered with PostNet to offer our
customers a convenient Click and Collect service! With this new feature, you can now
choose to have your order shipped to your nearest PostNet location for pickup at your
convenience.
To use our Click and Collect service, simply select the “PostNet Pickup” option during the
checkout process. Our system will automatically determine which Postnet location is closest to you for collection after your order has been placed. This ensures that you can pick up your order at a location that is most convenient for you. Once your order is confirmed, an email will be sent to you detailing the specific Postnet location where your order will be available for collection. This email will include all necessary information regarding your pickup.
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a text notification from PostNet with
instructions on how to retrieve your package from the PostNet location. Be sure to bring a
valid photo ID and the pickup notification with you when you go to collect your order.
Returns must be made within the guidelines of our returns policy. If you are not satisfied
with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused
condition, with original tags attached and accompanied by an original receipt.

damaged, please contact our customer support representatives by completing our

Your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days of receipt at our
warehouse. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the
